Announcements: Site Visits and Management meetings [21 December 2007]
In connection with the due diligence as part of the tender process leading to the sale of mobile businesses and the award of mobile licenses in the Republic of Lebanon, the HCP and the TRA will, in due course, arrange for meetings with representatives of the Ministry of Telecommunications and of the board of supervisors of Mobile Interim Company 1 S.A.L and Mobile Interim Company 2 S.A.L. who are familiar with current operations, as well as selected site visits. These meetings and visits will be in the form of confirmatory due diligence and will take place nearer the end of the due diligence process. TRA and HCP will advise of exact times and details once these are finalised.
